I am not a naturally routine person. For a long time I moved with my whims, and it did not build a life I loved. What changed everything was one small morning ritual. This week I walk you through it, and through House of Undine's first community challenge built around it, the Undine 90. Let's get into why a daily check-in works, how to actually use it, and the one part that matters most.

What is the Undine 90?

It is House of Undine's first community challenge: 90 days, one page each morning, a simple ritual to start your day right and slowly build the habits you actually want. It came together fast, from years of my own journaling and all the tools I have leaned on to recenter. It has begun, but you can join at any time. Why a daily journaling ritual?

Because confidence is built in the promises you keep to yourself. When I got into a demanding career, my life stopped being my own after 9am, so the only time I could promise myself was early in the morning. That small window, done consistently, is what changed my brain and my life. We are all consistent in something. This is about being consistent in the thing you keep pushing to the side.

How do you actually use it?

Each morning starts with a quote to get your mind moving. Then a check-in: circle how you feel, and ask yourself why, twice, until you reach the root. Then a note on how you slept and what you dreamt. Then the list, affirmations, gratitude, movement, learning, pouring back into yourself, reaching out, and looking forward. It should fit your life, not stress you out. Some mornings you will have twenty minutes, some just two.

Which part matters most?

The list. I write four to six things I want to get done and aim to finish the top three. Writing it down reinforces it, and finishing it keeps a promise to yourself. Those small kept promises compound into real confidence, until you stop questioning whether you follow through and just do. If you skip everything else, keep the list.

How do affirmations actually work?

Standing in a mirror saying "I love myself" can feel fake if part of you does not believe it. So do not force it. Instead, question the thought. Ask why you do not feel worthy, or beautiful, or capable. That little bit of doubt in the negative belief opens the door to a new one. Then replace it. It sounds small, and it changed my life.

There is so much more in here, the moons, the rituals, movement, learning, and pouring back into yourself. I walk through all of it in this episode. Press play up top.
