Some evenings, you just want the sound. Nothing to follow, nothing to explain.
This is the one with no opening talk and no closing circle. We go straight into forty-five minutes of pure sound, and what you do with it is entirely yours. A sound bath is a tool, and this hour is yours to use exactly how you need to. Come as you are, and let the bowls do the rest.
