Everyone is welcome at every practice we hold, always. This one is simply built with first-timers in mind.
If you've been curious about sound but weren't sure what actually happens, or felt like everyone else already knew some unspoken rules, this hour is made for you. I open by walking you through what sound is and how it works on the body, so nothing feels mysterious or intimidating. Then I guide you through a full sound bath, and close by sharing about the bowls themselves, what each one is and what it offers. You'll leave understanding not just how it felt, but why it works, and with a practice you can come back to for the rest of your life.
